Self-taught artist Yvette Endrijautzki creates otherworldly assemblage sculptures that invite viewers into richly layered realms of transformation, memory, and imagination. Her work navigates the space between the tangible and the mythical, weaving together fragments of forgotten histories, dreamlike narratives, and symbolic forms.

Over the past decade, sculpture has become the central focus of her artistic practice. Working with recycled materials, found objects, and discarded artifacts, she transforms remnants of the everyday into intricate new realities. Through processes of deconstruction and reconstruction, Endrijautzki explores themes of metamorphosis, impermanence, and renewal.

Driven by an ongoing curiosity for new techniques and material possibilities,

she continuously expands the boundaries of her practice.

For Endrijautzki, creativity is not merely a choice but an essential way of being—a place where losing and finding oneself become part of the same transformative journey.

The Nautilus Studio

The new  Nautilus Studio and gallery is located in Wuppertal, Germany. The former Nautilus studio in Seattle closed in 2015, but the spirit of it is still alive.

The new Nautilus, like the old, will be hosting events, art and writing workshops, literature evenings, vernissages, community events and is an ever growing space for artists and the community to thrive in.

The studio is also Yvette Endrijautzki's workshop.

Tucked in between restaurants, bars and other galleries and boutiques, in the midst of Wuppertal's old town,

the 'Luisenviertel',

the Nautilus Studio presents regional

and international art and of course Yvette’s own creations.
